‘Holy Sh*t’: Mark Zuckerberg Was Visibly Terrified Riding in a 160 MPH Stock Car With Dale Earnhardt Jr.

“Holy shit,” said Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, as he rode in the passenger’s seat of Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s stock car on Tuesday at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The tech mogul and the NASCAR driver took a few laps around the track, topping 160 miles per hour at times. And Zuckerberg was, at times, visibly spooked. He seemed to enjoy himself after he got used to the speed, but that took a while. “I can’t actually hear anything I’m saying,” Zuckerberg said. The Facebook CEO took the ride with Earnhardt as part of his “year of travel,” in which he’s going around the country “trying to learn about community.” Later, Zuckerberg actually took the wheel. He appeared to be going at a downright pedestrian pace compared to Earnhardt. “I don’t think it wants me to go any faster than 5,000 RPMs,” Zuckerberg said sheepishly. Watch above, via Facebook.
