Tom Brady is Skipping White House Visit Due to ‘Personal Family Matters’

1280px-tombrady-e1463064655588 New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady announced that he will not be joining his teammates today for their Super Bowl victory celebration at the White House. Brady is known to have a friendly relationship with President Donald Trump, and it doesn’t look like his absence is part of the protest some of his teammates are launching by declining to attend. Instead, Brady said in a statement that he’s skipping the ceremony because “personal family matters” have come up on his end. Previous reports have noted that Brady’s mother, Galynn, has been dealing with major health problems through the last NFL season. [Image via screengrab] — —
