Kimmel Accepts Roy Moore’s ‘Man to Man’ Challenge: ‘But I’m Leaving My Daughters at Home!’

It looks like the showdown is on. Earlier Thursday, Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore put forth a challenge to ABC late night host Jimmy Kimmel, issuing a “man to man” dare to the comedian to personally come to Alabama. The challenge was extended after Kimmel dispatched another comic to disrupt a Moore campaign rally for a bit on his show. That offer has now been accepted. In a Thursday afternoon tweet, the Jimmy Kimmel Live star fired back at Moore, and couldn’t let the opportunity pass to crack a few jokes. “OK Roy, but I’m leaving my daughters at home!” Kimmel wrote. “P.S. – wear that cute little leather vest.” Kimmel’s quip, of course, was a reference to the numerous allegations against Moore — who, numerous women have claimed, made advances towards them when they were in their teens, and he was in his 30s.
