On Tuesday night, actress Tracee Ellis Ross filled in for Jimmy Kimmel and presented a new children’s book dedicated to educate men about sexual harassment. The Black-ish star clarified that the sexual harassment scandals that have plagued Hollywood in recent weeks aren’t “scandals” but rather a “systemic problem about the abuse of power that takes place across all industries, and had enabled a culture of inequity to persist for far too long.” “Treating another human being with respect isn’t complicated, but it seems a bit confusing for a lot of men out there,” Ross said. “So, I wrote a book.” She then began reading from The Handsy Man. “There is a guy, with ten long fingers, creepy glares and hugs than linger.
