Spotify can no longer commit to a 2010 US launch date, despite publicly
declaring its commitment to go live stateside by the end of this year
several times over the last six months, The Telegraph has learned.

Spotify has vehemently denied an American news report that its negotiations in
the US have made no progress, saying it is "still on track to launch in
2010".

music streaming service launching in the US before the end of 2009.
